Production & Deadlines:
• All costumes are custom made, and production time ranges from 1 week to 4 months, depending on complexity and our current workload, except for items listed in the Ready to Ship section.
Ready to Ship items can be dispatched on the next business day after your order.
• Please specify your deadline when ordering.

For deadlines less than 1.5 months from the delivery date, please contact us first to confirm if we can fulfill your order on time. Orders with such tight deadlines are only possible with express shipping.

During peak season (April–October), we recommend allowing at least 2 months for production and delivery. If your deadline falls within this period (less than 2 months from delivery), please contact us in advance and choose express shipping—otherwise, we may not be able to accept your order.

Shipping:
• We ship worldwide.
• Route Shipping Protection is strongly recommended. GnG Cosplay is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels if Route Shipping Protection is not selected.
• Payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa.

Returns & Refunds:
• All orders are custom-made and non-refundable.
• Double-check your measurements and order details before submitting.
