Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa.

Installment Plans:
We offer a convenient installment plan for your purchases:

  • Initial payment: 30% of the order total is paid at checkout.
  • Remaining sum: The balance is split into 2 interest-free payments, each due every 30 days.
  • After your initial payment, you will automatically receive invoices for the remaining amounts according to your payment schedule (sent by our system/app).

IMPORTANT!
Goods will only be shipped after all payments have been made in full.
Please keep this in mind if you need to receive your item by a specific date.

If you wish to use the installment plan, simply select this option at checkout or contact us for assistance. If you have any questions about the payment schedule or process, feel free to reach out to us via email, site chat, or social media.

Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide via Ukrposhta and other carriers.
  • Standard shipping: Delivery takes 4–6 weeks.
  • Express shipping: Available for most destinations. With express shipping, delivery can take as little as 2–3 weeks from the order date.

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Products from our “Ready to Ship” section can be dispatched on the next business day after your order. With express shipping, delivery may take as little as 2–3 weeks from the order date.

Route Shipping Protection:
We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection for all orders. GnG Cosplay is not liable for lost or damaged parcels if Route Shipping Protection is not selected.

Tracking:
All orders come with tracking information, which will be provided after dispatch.

Deadlines & Production Time:

  • All costumes are custom made, and production time ranges from 1 week to 4 months, depending on complexity and our current workload, except for items listed in the Ready to Ship section.
  • If your deadline is less than 1.5 months from the delivery date, please contact us first to confirm if we can fulfill your order on time. Orders with such tight deadlines are only possible with express shipping.
  • During peak season (April–October), we recommend allowing at least 2 months for production and delivery. If your deadline falls within this period (less than 2 months from delivery), please contact us in advance and choose express shipping—otherwise, we may not be able to accept your order.
