How to Order:

  2. If the item is marked as pre-order and there are no photos, it means we haven’t made this costume yet—someone has requested a price estimate. Production will begin after your order is placed.
  3. Enter your measurements and deadline in the special fields in the shopping cart, or send them via email, website chat, or social media.
  4. Double-check your shipping address and contact information.

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Products from our “Ready to Ship” section can be dispatched on the next business day after your order. With express shipping, delivery may take as little as 2–3 weeks from the order date.

Important Deadlines:
• If your deadline is less than 1.5 months from the delivery date, please contact us first to confirm if we can fulfill your order on time. Orders with such tight deadlines are only possible with express shipping.
• During peak season (April–October), we recommend allowing at least 2 months for production and delivery. If your deadline falls within this period (less than 2 months from delivery), please contact us in advance and choose express shipping—otherwise, we may not be able to accept your order.

If your desired costume is not listed in our catalog, you can request to add it to our pre-order section and get a price estimate. Contact us via any convenient method.

Amazing cosplay, would buy again!

The customer service is fantastic. I received my order in the timeframe I wanted which is amazing considering I didn’t think my request was realistic but they fulfilled it. The costume itself has a lot of pieces as shown. If I had a do-over I would get the other dark deku that has the sleeves sewn in - this version looks more realistic, but the pieces are a little bulky if you’re a short person like me and it’s hard to move your arms with the foam. For the legs, a couple pieces like to slide down so I’ll need to figure out how to reinforce those. I also wish the mask plus the mouth cover was one piece as that also slides down if it isn’t tight enough, but if it’s too tight it squeezes on the mask and makes it even harder to see. The cape is also too bulky and sits too high on my face. The first version dark deku cape would be better here. I may end up reordering separate pieces to make it easier for me. But all that being said, amazing work and I will definitely recommend to anyone!
