How to Order:

- If the item is marked as pre-order and there are no photos, it means we haven’t made this costume yet—someone has requested a price estimate. Production will begin after your order is placed.
- Enter your measurements and deadline in the special fields in the shopping cart, or send them via email, website chat, or social media.
- Double-check your shipping address and contact information.
Ready-to-Ship Items:
Products from our “Ready to Ship” section can be dispatched on the next business day after your order. With express shipping, delivery may take as little as 2–3 weeks from the order date.
Important Deadlines:
• If your deadline is less than 1.5 months from the delivery date, please contact us first to confirm if we can fulfill your order on time. Orders with such tight deadlines are only possible with express shipping.
• During peak season (April–October), we recommend allowing at least 2 months for production and delivery. If your deadline falls within this period (less than 2 months from delivery), please contact us in advance and choose express shipping—otherwise, we may not be able to accept your order.

If your desired costume is not listed in our catalog, you can request to add it to our pre-order section and get a price estimate. Contact us via any convenient method.
Installment Plans:
We offer a convenient installment plan:
- Initial payment: 30% at checkout
- Remaining sum: Two interest-free payments every 30 days
- Goods are shipped only after all payments have been made in full

This dress is exceptional from every point of view, with attention to the smallest details, comfortable for those who walk a lot at the Comics Festivals, beautiful and equal to Rhaenyra's original. The producer is very kind, always available to make changes or answer questions of any kind. I will gladly come back to her for my next cosplays!
Purchased this dress in early April and just received it today. The quality of the dress and accessories exceeds what I expected. I am in awe of Helena’s talent. The necklace and crown are absolutely beautiful and I truly feel like Queen Rhaenyra wearing this. The cloak is my favorite part of the costume and the piping on the neckline is amazing. The vest itself is a little tight on my arms but I think that comes down to issues with taking my own measurements and not necessarily with the costume or construction itself. This was my first time commissioning a costume and Helena was so nice and responsive every step of the way. I highly recommend her shop and will likely be coming back in the future for a custom commission! Thanks so much again <3

Ich bin so froh, dieses Kleid bei Helena in Auftrag gegeben zu haben. Der Versand dauerte lange, was aber bei den Umständen in der Ukraine nachvollziehbar ist.
Das Kleid ist wundervoll, sitzt wie angegossen, ich musste weinen als ich es zum ersten Mal trug, einfach weil dieses Outfit so wunderschön ist.
